Suitable: wet cutting
Advantage: has good sharpness and high efficiency in the process of cutting. Meanwhile, granite cutting disc has a long lifespan. Good cutting result: smooth cutting, flat surface, and even size. Stable cutting, narrow cutting gap, stone waste reduction. 

4.Manufacture &QC

Raw material→ powder mixing → Steel core process → cold press → segment sintering → welding → surface treatment → package → dispatch 





5. Delivery time &Packing

We have full-automation laser welding production line, prodution capacity can be 300 pieces per week.
For samples, delivery time is about 2 weeks; For batch order, 2-3 weeks will be finished prodcution.

For blades packing, we can do silk-screening, laser marking, stickers...
We also help to make total solution for packings.
